How It Works

 FAQs

  • FitStreak is a heart rate fitness challenge that runs every two weeks. Each workout during the challenge period scores points on the FitStreak leaderboard. At the end of the week the top half of the leaderboard will split the prize pot.

  • The FitBet scoring system rewards consistency and effort:

    • Daily Exercise:
      20 minutes of exercise = 1 point

    • Effort Bonus:
20–60 minutes spent with heart rate above target bpm = 1–5 bonus points (the more time above target bpm, the higher your score)

    • Streak Bonus:
Earn +1 extra point for each consecutive day you stay active.
      Example:

      • Day 1 = +1 bonus point

      • Day 2 = +2 bonus points

      • Day 3 = +3 bonus points

      • Break the Streak and the bonus resets

  • For all Android users, the FitStreak leaderboard can be accessed through the “My Challenges” tab. The leaderboard is also hosted on the FitStreak Challenge web app, for any players without an Android device.

    • A free Strava account

    • A watch, fitness tracker, or chest strap that records heart rate and syncs with Strava

  • For all Android users, you will be directed to connect your Strava account, once you have created a FitStreak account on the mobile app.

For anyone not using an Android device, a separate link will be provided for you to connect Strava, once you have joined a challenge.

  • FitStreak tracks workouts through Strava. Most major wearables (Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Galaxy Watch, chest straps) sync heart rate reliably.

Some devices may have limitations, For example, not always sending heart rate data to Strava unless certain workout modes are used.

👉 To be sure, we recommend doing a quick test workout in Strava before the challenge starts.

  • After a small platform fee, the prize pot is calculated and distributed to the top scorers.

The top 3 places will receive a cash prize greater than or equal to their entry fee. The remaining players in the top half of the table will recoup their entry fee in cash.

You will receive a full prize table the evening before each challenge, showing the payout for every finishing position.

All prize structures aim to reward strong performance while keeping FitStreak challenges fun, fair and competitive.

  • UK bank transfer within 7 days of challenge end.

  • Once the challenge starts, entry is non-refundable.
